Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@him-herbicure.com or at support contact Number: 9027592602 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a valid reason for the return without which return process could not be initiated.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Please package the item securely and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and credited to your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies or to your UPI Number provided by you.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer support team at support@him-herbicure.com to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@him-herbicure.com or at support contact Number: 9027592602 to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
