At Him-Herbicure, we strive to provide excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances may require you to cancel an order. Order Cancellation by Customer
Timing:
Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order without any charges. After this period, orders may be in the processing stage and may not be eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@him-herbicure.com or call us at 9027592602 with your order number and a valid reason for cancellation without which cancellation would not be entertained. Our team will assist you in the process.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame and the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Order Cancellation by Him-Herbicure
Out of Stock:
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait for the item to be back in stock, choose an alternative product, or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment Issues:
If there are any issues with processing your payment, we will notify you immediately. If the payment issue is not resolved within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.
Fraud Prevention:
Him-Herbicure reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or suspicious. We will notify you if your order is cancelled for this reason.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Customized Products:
Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.
Late Cancellations:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for instructions on returning the product.
Changes to Orders
Modifying Orders:
If you need to modify your order (such as changing the shipping address or adding/removing items), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order is in the processing stage.
